Breakfast

2 eggs
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 slice whole grains bread

Snack

5 Ritz Crackers
1 small Hershey's Dark Chocolate

Lunch

1 Smart Ones Chicken and Vegetables


Snack

Special K Sour & Cream Chips
2 small Hershey's Dark Chocolate


Dinner
1 small chicken thigh (baked)
1 small wrap
1 tbsp mango
1tsp bbq sauce/dip



My only drink is water for the whole day.
