Breakfast
1/2 cup Quaker Oats
1 tsp Dark brown sugar
1 cup coffee with cream and sweet n low
1 tablet Tonalin CLA
2 tablets Green Tea Extract


Snack
5 Ritz cracker
1 small Hershey's dark chocolate

Lunch
1 Smart Ones Fettucine Alfredo with Broccoli
1 tablet Tonalin CLA


Snack

1 bag Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Veggie
2 small Hershey's dark chocolate


Dinner

1 small wrap
1 small chicken thigh (baked)
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 tsp bbq sauce/dip








Lots of water!!
