AM workout: Fire 45 Class, HIIT 20 Class and Stretch 10 Class
Before workout: C4
After workout: 1 tablet BCAA

Breakfast
1 small wrap
2 eggs scrambled
1 cup coffee with cream and sweet n low

Snack
1 cup grapes
5 Ritz cracker

Lunch
1 Smart Ones Thai Style Chicken and Rice Noodles
1 tablet Tonalin CLA
2 tablets Green Tea Extract

Snack

1 bag Wheat Thins Toasted Chips Veggie

Dinner

1 small wrap
2 tsp shredded salmon
1 tsp bbq sauce
1 slice cheddar cheese
1 tablet Tonalin CLA




Lots of water!!
