TurboFire 5-Day Inferno Plan Results

Weight: 134
Body Fat %: 22.9
Water Weight %: 54.3

Chest: 34
Waist: 30
Hips: 37


Total weight lost: 3.4 lbs
Total inches lost: 2 inches


I was happy with my results considering I didn't follow the meal plan that was outlined on the booklet. I tried to stay within the calories, carbs and fats recommended each day though.

The exercises were great. Fire 55 EZ Class was my favorite. It's a little bit long but it's not a killer exercise like HIIT 20. HIIT 20 is short but gosh it hard!!

I think I'm ready for the 20 week class! 
And I'm ready to celebrate Valentine's Day with hubby!!!
