was happy with my results considering I didn't follow the meal plan
that was outlined on the booklet. I tried to stay within the calories,
carbs and fats recommended each day though.
The exercises were great. Fire 55 EZ Class was my favorite. It's a little bit long but it's not a killer exercise like HIIT 20. HIIT 20 is short but gosh it hard!!
I think I'm ready for the 20 week class!
And I'm ready to celebrate Valentine's Day with hubby!!!
